Trilingual (French, English and Hebrew), Me Greenberg practices in civil and commercial litigation. Focusing primarily on shareholder disputes, estate cases, civil liability and insurance cases, she has developed an extensive knowledge base that she utilizes in order to find the best intuitive solutions for her clients.
Me Greenberg has had files before the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Québec as well as other administrative tribunals and has participated in alternative dispute resolution including but not limited to mediation sessions that range from estate disputes to environmental class action lawsuits.
She has additionally pleaded extraordinary causes before Superior Court of Québec such as injunctions and safeguard orders in both the civil and commercial divisions.
Me Greenberg engages with her clients with transparency and honesty. She is forthright with her legal advice no matter the context and is consistently present to support her clients.
She is also dedicated to helping individuals with their legal issues no matter their situation and has contributed much of her time providing legal information at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, through the Pro Bono Students Canada organization and has even worked at a United Nations recognized nongovernment organization abroad.
